We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection in Valencia, Spain. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to B2B clients across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support B2B customers via email, chat, and phone
  • Brainstorm with colleagues to improve the customer experience
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement innovative solutions
  • Handle payment inquiries and escalate customer queries as needed
  • Map and improve business processes to enhance customer satisfaction

About You:

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and C1 level in English
  • MBO4 diploma or background in IT/finance/economy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
