About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Icelandic customer support specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a customer support advisor, you will be responsible for understanding and identifying customer needs, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Listening, responding, and mediating between international travellers and accommodation suppliers
  • Clarifying inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements
  • Providing accurate information and following set processes via email and phone

Requirements:

  • Icelandic: C2 level and advanced English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and spoken
  • User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms
  • A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
  • A positive, motivated mindset that will help deal with tricky customer problems
  • Goal-oriented work approach
  • An open mind to changing priorities and business processes
  • Affinity with accommodation platforms

What We Offer:

  • 38.5 hours/week contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week
  • Available shift: 09:00-20:00h (rotatory)
  • Starting with a temporary contract that will evolve into a permanent contract for long-term based on business needs
  • Holidays: 27 working days of holidays/year

Estimated Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
