  • Collaborate with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
  • Suggest new HR strategies.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures and implement solutions to achieve excellent internal communication.
  • Provide leadership in developing and implementing human resources projects within client group(s) and across the organization for corporate initiatives.
  • Analyze trends and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience as an HR generalist.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
  • Ability to promote and implement changes to current practices and processes.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
