What You Will Do
As an HR Business Partner, you will drive coordination and implementation of HR processes, including capability and workforce planning, talent development, performance management, engagement, and other processes as applicable.
You will work with both operational and strategic tasks, focusing on culture, people, and organization, and facilitate and support employee relations topics to ensure a positive climate.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within the power and energy industry or another international company with a complex matrix organization.
Experience leading projects and implementing new procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
Leadership experience and a team player.
Fluent in English.
