About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team of HR Regional Partners at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. in the EMEA region. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a consultant to more than 4,000 people managers, based across 20 different countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to People Managers, Business Leaders, and HR Business Partners on change management initiatives, performance improvement processes, and complex employee issues.
  • Facilitate development sessions focused on building manager effectiveness and capability.
  • Guide Leaders through the Talent Management and Annual Compensation processes.
  • Identify training opportunities to further develop functional and leadership skills.
  • Support Leaders with career conversations and career growth plans.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about legislative and Amazon-driven updates and utilize strong written skills to change policy documents.
  • Participate or lead subject matter expert groups focused on improving key HR processes across EMEA or individual project assignments at country or regional level.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of employment labor law in the EMEA region.
  • Skilled in consulting on Amazon policy and providing high-judgment guidance on people-related topics.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality consultation and guidance.
