Senior HR Regional Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Regional Business Partner to join our team at Oilandgas.Org. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business success by providing strategic HR support to our regional operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive HR support to regional business leaders, including talent management, organization effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Partner with the Staffing Center Of Excellence and recruiting team to ensure seamless execution of the staffing process.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results, including performance management, change management, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with the HR Centers of Excellence and HRS organizations to design and implement program strategies to support long-term business objectives.
- Lead HR core processes, including performance management, change management, succession planning, salary planning, and positive employee relations.
- Deliver compensation, organizational design, and strategies for workforce planning, deployment, and retention to address current and future business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a multi-site business.
- Experience working in a manufacturing site.
- Experience dealing with unions and relevant union negotiations.
- Fluent level of Spanish and English language.
- Master's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience with integration projects, mergers and acquisitions.
- Fluent level of Basque and/or French language.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate organizational change and foster linkage between business objectives and human resources activities.
