Job Summary:

Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team of HR Regional Partners, based in EMEA. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a consultant to people managers, delivering high-judgment advice and guidance on people-related topics.

About the Role:

The HR Regional Partner team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. operates autonomously, collaborating with business and HR stakeholders to enable an exceptional customer and employee experience. As an HR Generalist, you will have strong knowledge of employment labor law, be skilled in consulting on company policy, and build trust by providing high-judgment guidance on people-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to people managers, business leaders, and HR business partners on change management initiatives.
  • Support performance improvement processes, both informal and formal.
  • Facilitate development sessions focused on building manager effectiveness and capability.
  • Guide leaders through talent management and annual compensation processes.
  • Identify training opportunities to further develop functional and leadership skills.
  • Support leaders with career conversations and career growth plans.

Requirements:

  • Previous works council and labor relations experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of employment labor law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
