About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Iberia. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our business leaders and teams in Iberia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategic HR plans to support business objectives.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, talent development, engagement, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR processes and policies to support business operations and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR Service Delivery team to manage operational employee issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
  • Lead specific projects for Iberia, such as the Equality Plan, Flexible Working policy, etc...
  • Use HR data to identify trends and insights and make informed recommendations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong HR foundation and consultative approach, with the ability to understand business objectives and how teams must be organized and operate to deliver on them.
  • Fast learner, growth mindset, and proactive approach.
  • Skilled in managing complex situations and providing HR guidance to different stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.
  • Metrics-oriented with good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in startups, retail, or hospitality environments will be highly valued but is not a requirement.
  • Knowledge in Spanish employment and labor law is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
