About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Iberia. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading our HR mission and fostering a culture of lifelong learning and growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HRBP activities for Iberia, with a special focus on the Global Operations area.
  • Nurture robust partnerships with internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and ensuring their success at TheFork.
  • Set the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and ED&I strategy in motion through strong collaboration within the HR community.
  • Proactively contribute and drive optimization of HR processes, policies, and initiatives.
  • Be the ambassador for TheFork organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.
  • Support leaders and their teams in the ongoing work needed to foster ED&I at TheFork, modeling the attributes needed to be an inclusive partner and colleague.
  • Closely collaborate with the HR Service Delivery team supporting Iberia to manage operational employee issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
  • Be accountable for delivering the annual people calendar activities for Iberia, such as Performance management, Compensation cycle, Talent development, Engagement and to set up follow-up actions (Engagement action plans, Promotions, retention plans, among others).
  • Use HR data to identify trends and insights and make informed recommendations.
  • Lead specific projects for Iberia, such as the Equality Plan, Flexible Working policy, etc.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and their teams in an agile and fast-paced environment for more than 7 years.
  • Strong HR foundation and a consultative approach, as well as the curiosity to understand the business objectives, how teams must be organized and operate to deliver on them.
  • Fast learner, growth mindset, and proactive approach.
  • Skilled in managing complex situations and providing HR guidance to different stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.
  • Facilitative approach that allows you to serve effectively as an HR role model.
  • Metrics-oriented with good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in startups, retail or hospitality environments will be highly valued but is not a requirement.
  • Knowledge in Spanish employment and labor law is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
