Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team of HR Regional Partners in the EMEA region. As an HR Regional Partner, you will act as a consultant to people managers, delivering high-judgment advice and guidance on people-related topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to people managers and business leaders on change management initiatives, performance improvement processes, and complex employee issues.
  • Facilitate development sessions to build manager effectiveness and capability.
  • Guide leaders through talent management and annual compensation processes.
  • Identify training opportunities to develop functional and leadership skills.
  • Support leaders with career conversations and career growth plans.

Policy and Compliance

You will be responsible for policy and compliance at the country level, staying informed about legislative and Amazon-driven updates and utilizing strong written skills to update policy documents.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have strong knowledge of employment labor law, consulting skills, and the ability to build trust with people managers and business leaders.
