Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on change management initiatives, performance improvement processes, and complex employee issues.
- Facilitate development sessions focused on building manager effectiveness and capability, and guide Leaders through the Talent Management and Annual Compensation processes.
- Identify training opportunities to further develop functional and leadership skills, and support Leaders with career conversations and career growth plans.
- Stay informed about legislative and Amazon-driven updates, and utilize strong written skills to update policy documents.
- Participate or lead subject matter expert groups focused on improving key HR processes across EMEA, or individual project assignments at country or regional level.
About the Role
As an HR Regional Partner, you will be responsible for acting as a consultant to more than 4,000 people managers, based across 20 different countries. You will operate autonomously, delivering high-judgement advice and guidance to enable an exceptional customer and employee experience.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of employment labour law and consulting on Amazon policy.
- Ability to build trust and provide high-judgement guidance on people-related topics.
- Experience working as a generalist across multiple Corporate businesses, partnering with people leaders to provide quick, efficient, high-quality consultation and guidance.
