Overview
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join the sales team of a leading global IT company in Athens, Greece. As a B2B Sales and Tech Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on selling, upselling, client retention, and renewal activities. You'll manage client engagement via email and outbound phone calls, targeting both prospective and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline of leads without closing deals.
- Client Engagement: Analyze client business needs to propose tailored solutions.
- Educate clients about Cloud products and services, highlighting upgrades and features.
- Troubleshooting: Handle minor technical setup issues or escalate to relevant teams for resolution.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales is required. Familiarity with IT products, Cloud software, and CRM systems is preferred. Candidates must already have an EU passport or permission to work full time in Greece granted.
