High Tech Sales Professional with Excellent Customer Service Skills

At Personalbüro U. Herrmann, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated High Tech Sales Professional to join our team.
About the JobWe offer a full-time permanent contract of 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00. The base salary is 20,000 euros per annum, plus up to 2,000 euros in bonus per annum. Our office location in Barcelona offers a great work-life balance.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound activity, including calls, emails, chat, and tasks related to customer post-sales requests. This involves quoting creation, follow-up with cross-selling/up-selling, and maintaining a proactive service attitude. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure personal knowledge of the Store portfolio and Post sales process is maintained. They will initiate and manage customer post-sales related tasks, covering order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow-up, refund requests, and escalations.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A proficient or bilingual level of Dutch and advanced English language skills;
- A minimum of 1-year relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles;
- Strong communication, customer-facing, and customer care skills;
- Knowledge of sales techniques, including up-/cross-selling and objection handling;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Achievement and target-oriented mindset, with a customer-driven approach.
