About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers, ensuring that they have all the necessary details to make informed decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution and maintain customer trust.
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records to track customer progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Adaptable to rotational shifts from Monday to Friday.
- Able to work well in a team and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of €28,000 - €35,000 per year, based on experience.
