Job SummaryThis is a full-time permanent contract position, offering a competitive salary of €20,500 gross per year, depending on the role.
Responsibilities and ImpactAs a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
- Analyzing customer queries and providing solutions that meet contractual SLA requirements
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals and objectives
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A native level of German and an advanced level of English
- Familiarity with IT platforms, equipment, and applications such as Windows/MS Office
- Previous experience in sales, including up-selling and cross-selling
- Strong listening skills, comfortable communicating with people, and high social competence
- Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach to work
- Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
