Customer Support Representative with Excellent Communication Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at CPM International. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.
About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure the smooth daily operation of our services. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to prioritize customer satisfaction, going above and beyond to resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer contacts over the phone and via email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with our drivers and passengers to ensure timely responses to their queries and concerns.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by providing personalized support and building trust.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also require experience in the customer service industry, ideally in a contact center environment. Additionally, you must be able to work autonomously and be proactive in finding solutions to customer issues.
