Customer Service Representative with Profound Communication Skills

Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and skilled manner.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries
- Analyse customer problems and offer individual solutions
- Provide an omnichannel service to consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
- Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador
- Fluent level of German with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- High level of English (written and spoken)
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Temporary contract with possibility of extension
- Full-time position (39 hours/week)
- Hybrid model: 4 days per month at the office, rest working from home
- Competitive salary: €18000 gross per year
- Bonus: €400 gross by reaching 3 months without sanctions
- Incentives: Top performance incentives
- Holidays: 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar holidays per year
