Job Title: Customer Service Representative with Slovenian Language Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with advanced Slovenian language skills to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs). As a key member of our global talent recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer support via email and phone to international travelers and accommodation suppliers.
  • Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements, providing accurate information and following set processes.
  • Work collaboratively with our international teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • C2 level Slovenian language skills and excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms.
  • A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality, with a positive and motivated mindset.
  • Goal-oriented work approach, with an open mind to changing priorities and business processes.
