Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with advanced Slovenian language skills to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs). As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email and phone to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Advanced Slovenian language skills (C2 level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database.
  • Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality.
  • Positive, motivated mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
