About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Slovenian-speaking customers, ensuring their travel experiences are smooth and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide world-class customer service to Slovenian-speaking travelers, handling their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns related to travel bookings, accommodations, transportation, and services, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
  • Travel Expertise: Assist customers in navigating our travel offerings, explaining policies and procedures, and providing guidance on destinations, accommodations, and transportation options.
  • Booking and Reservation Assistance: Support customers with the booking process, including providing guidance on flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized, friendly, and professional service.
  • Escalation of Complex Issues: Identify and escalate more complex or urgent customer inquiries to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our travel products, services, and promotions, providing accurate information to customers and assisting them in making informed decisions.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Collect customer feedback and report common issues to the relevant departments, contributing to ongoing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Slovenian: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Slovenian, allowing you to assist customers fluently and professionally.
  • Located in or Willing to Relocate to Barcelona: Must be based in or willing to move to Barcelona to work in our vibrant office.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industries, is highly valued but not required.
  • Proficient in English: Good command of English for internal communication with your team and other departments.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Capable of conveying information clearly and concisely, while maintaining a friendly, empathetic tone in all interactions.
  • Passionate About Travel: Genuine interest in the travel industry and love helping customers plan their perfect trips.
  • Problem Solver: Resourceful and creative in addressing customer issues, finding solutions, and delivering outstanding service.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital platforms, booking systems, and CRM tools.
