Job Title: Slovenian Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Slovenian Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our services and products.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • C2 level of Slovenian language proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
