Customer Support Specialist - Slovenian Language

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist - Slovenian Language. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Slovenian-speaking customers, ensuring their travel experiences are smooth and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer world-class customer service to Slovenian-speaking travelers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide assistance with booking reservations, travel itineraries, cancellations, and general inquiries.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns related to travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and services.
  • Help customers navigate our travel offerings, explain policies and procedures, and provide guidance on destinations, accommodations, and transportation options.
  • Support customers with the booking process, including providing guidance on flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized, friendly, and professional service.
  • Identify and escalate more complex or urgent customer inquiries to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Stay up-to-date on the company's travel products, services, and promotions.
  • Collect customer feedback and report common issues to the relevant departments.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Slovenian (C1 / C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Barcelona to work in our vibrant office.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industries, is highly valued but not required.
  • Proficient in English for internal communication with your team and other departments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Passionate about travel and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions.
  • Comfortable using digital platforms, booking systems, and CRM tools.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries at once.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
