Job Title: Slovenian Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Slovenian customer service representative to join our team at Teleperformance-Crit. As a customer support advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to international travelers and accommodation suppliers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Clarify customer inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements
  • Provide accurate information and follow set processes
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • Slovenian: C2 level and advanced English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms
  • Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
  • Positive, motivated mindset
  • Goal-oriented work approach
  • Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office)
