Customer Service Role for Slovenian Language Speakers

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to assist Slovenian-speaking travelers with their inquiries, bookings, and issues. As a customer service representative, you will provide world-class service to our clients, handling their inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Your responsibilities will include assisting with booking reservations, travel itineraries, cancellations, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support for Slovenian Clients: Offer professional assistance to Slovenian-speaking travelers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize your problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns related to travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and services.
  • Travel Expertise: Assist customers in navigating our travel offerings, explaining policies and procedures, and providing guidance on destinations, accommodations, and transportation options.
  • Booking and Reservation Assistance: Support customers with the booking process, ensuring that all bookings are accurate and meet the customer's expectations.
  • C customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering personalized, friendly, and professional service.
  • Escalation of Complex Issues: Identify and escalate more complex or urgent customer inquiries to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the company's travel products, services, and promotions, enabling you to provide accurate information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Collect customer feedback and report common issues to the relevant departments, contributing to ongoing customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Slovenian (C1/C2 level): You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Slovenian, allowing you to assist customers fluently and professionally.
