Daniels Dynamic Hires is collaborating with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit a Customer Service Representative (Slovenian) for their Barcelona office.


Position:
Customer Service Representative (Slovenian)

Employment Type:
Full-time, 38.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday)

Contract Type:

TemporaryLocation: Barcelona, on-site Duties and Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Advisor for a prestigious travel company, you will be responsible for understanding and addressing customer needs.

You will engage with international travelers and accommodation providers worldwide, ensuring a consistently high level of customer service.

Your role will involve clarifying inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements, providing accurate information, and adhering to established processes via email and phone.


Requirements:

Language Skills:
Slovenian (C2 level) and advanced English proficiency

Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platformsMindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented approachAttitude: A positive, motivated mindset to handle challenging customer interactions

Work Ethic:
Goal-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities and business processesExperience: Familiarity with accommodation platforms and previous experience in customer service or contact centers is highly valuedAvailability: Willingness to work both on-site and remotely (within 100km of the office)
