Job Title: Customer Service Representative With Slovenian Expertise
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via email and phone, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Slovenian language proficiency: C2 level.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms.
- Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality.
- Positive, motivated mindset to deal with tricky customer problems.
- Goal-oriented work approach.
- Affinity with Accommodation Platforms.
