Job Title: Customer Service Representative With Slovenian Expertise

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via email and phone, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Slovenian language proficiency: C2 level.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms.
  • Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality.
  • Positive, motivated mindset to deal with tricky customer problems.
  • Goal-oriented work approach.
  • Affinity with Accommodation Platforms.
