We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Slovenian-speaking customers, handling their inquiries, bookings, and issues with a high level of professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service to Slovenian-speaking travelers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with booking reservations, travel itineraries, cancellations, and general inquiries.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns related to travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and services.
  • Act as a knowledgeable guide for customers as they plan their journeys.
  • Support customers with the booking process, including providing guidance on flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized, friendly, and professional service.
  • Escalate complex or urgent customer inquiries to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Stay up-to-date on the company's travel products, services, and promotions.
  • Collect customer feedback and report common issues to the relevant departments.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Slovenian (C1 / C2 level).
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
