About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with proficiency in Slovenian to join our team at Salve Consulting. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Needs Assessment: Understand and address customer needs effectively, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries.
  2. International Customer Engagement: Engage with international travelers and accommodation providers globally, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  3. Quality Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality customer service at all times, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  4. Issue Resolution: Resolve inquiries related to services, payments, and technical issues, providing accurate information and following established procedures.
  5. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications
  1. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Slovenian at a C2 level, along with advanced English skills.
  2. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC tools such as Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset for handling customer issues.
  5. Adaptability: A positive and motivated attitude for managing challenging situations, with a goal-driven work style and adaptability to evolving priorities and processes.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with accommodation platforms and previous experience in customer service or contact centers is an advantage.
  7. Work Arrangements: Flexibility to work both remotely and in the office (within 100 km of the office).
