About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance. As a Slovenian speaker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements
  • C2 level Slovenian and advanced English language proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
