We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) in Barcelona. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international travelers and accommodation suppliers from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via email and phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize advanced language skills in Slovenian to communicate with customers and provide accurate information.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • Slovenian: C2 level and advanced English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database.
  • A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality.
  • A positive, motivated mindset to handle challenging customer situations.
  • Goal-oriented work approach and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Affinity with accommodation platforms and experience in customer service or contact center environments.
  • Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km of the office).
