Customer Service Representative with Slovenian Language Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with advanced Slovenian language proficiency to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Advanced Slovenian language skills (C2 level) and excellent English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database.
- A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality, with a positive and motivated attitude.
