We are seeking a highly skilled Slovenian Customer Service Representative to join our team at Recruit4Work. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international travelers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, utilizing strong written and verbal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Slovenian (C2 level) and advanced English.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with PC usage, including Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms.
- Mindset: Problem-solving, solution-oriented, positive, and motivated, capable of handling challenging customer issues.
- Work Approach: Goal-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities and business processes.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is valued.
- Availability: Able to work both from the office and remotely (within 100km from the office).
