Product Insights Specialist with Excellent Communication Skills

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Product Insights Specialist to join our team at Docplanner Tech. As a key member of our product organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards, analyses, and forecasts to track our team's main metrics.
- Collaborate closely with higher management, business stakeholders, and researchers to develop and validate hypotheses from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives.
- Mastery of large datasets, manipulating and transforming them to uncover new insights and perform root-cause analysis.
- Effectively communicate complex findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
- Pursue opportunities for growth, suggesting innovative strategies and estimating their potential impact.
- Work seamlessly with Data Engineering to maintain and improve data sources used in critical dashboards.
- Ensure customer interactions are visible by defining specs for software instrumentation and providing access to tracking events for stakeholders.
- Analyze funnels and conversion rates, leading experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
About You:
We seek an individual who is naturally curious, loves to ask questions, and is passionate about digging into data to uncover meaningful insights.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, working with business KPIs and metrics, with 2+ years collaborating with product managers and user research teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Python, and data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery).
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, able to convey data insights clearly and concisely.
- Fluency in manipulating, transforming, and reshaping data from multiple sources.
- Aptitude for root-cause analysis, statistical concepts like regression, and proving correlations and causation.
- Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results.
