Sales Professional with Excellent Communication Skills

About the Role:
This position is based in London, Dublin or Barcelona and will be office-based.
As a Sales Professional at Personio, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to generate leads and build our customer base. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales Development, your peers, and the Country Manager of Nordics to drive sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will develop and execute strategies to generate leads and grow our customer base through our sales strategy PersonioOne.
- You will control the entire Deal-Life-Cycle, from qualification and validation to closing.
- You will provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Experience department for implementation and further growth.
- You will analyze customer needs in the Nordics with management to identify and understand customer requirements and optimize across this growing market.
- You will live our values #customerempathy by voicing customer needs and feedback to cross-functional stakeholders and partners.
- You will continuously increase the quality and efficiency of our sales processes.
Requirements:
- You have proven yourself in a closing role in SaaS sales within the last 1-3 years.
- You are able to personally deliver critical early sales, calling, pitching, and negotiating, and are characterized by empathy and active listening to understand customer requirements.
- You are communicative and able to adapt to different conversation partners.
- Your entrepreneurial thinking makes you a competent partner who develops solutions together with the prospect to create true added value.
- You are proactive, able to work independently, good at prioritizing tasks, and a team player.
- You have a good understanding of the local culture and business environment in the Nordic regions.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
- Preferring fluency in Swedish or Finnish but not essential.
