Southern Europe Sales Support Expert

The Sales Support Specialist role in Kerry's Southern Europe Distribution organization is a key position that requires exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Job DescriptionThis position involves providing first-level interface with a defined set of Kerry customers, supporting specific account managers on key tasks, and ensuring customers are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include utilizing Kerry Systems (SFDC) on behalf of customer portfolios, creating opportunities, call reports, samples, technical and regulatory documents, quotes, and ensuring all customer information is up-to-date.
- Enter pricing requests into the current system (SFDC) for the customer base and occasionally on behalf of the sales team.
- Affix price quotes and follow up to understand if accepted or rejected, reflecting changes in systems.
- Support the Mainland Sales/Finance team with preparation, issuance, and progress of annual price letters.
- Establish a link between sales and customer care in Naas, ensuring full knowledge of key customer issues and actions.
- Provide sales support for defined strategic accounts and direct manager.
- Support manager on customer presentations and site visits.
- Offer ad-hoc sales support as required by manager.
Candidates should possess strong project management skills, have at least 3-5 years of experience working cross-functionally, particularly in sales, RDA, supply chain, and finance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent level of experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- English, Spanish, and Italian language proficiency, with French being a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- SAP experience.
- Good planning and organizational skills with a focus on rigorous execution.
- Interpersonal and communications skills.
The estimated salary range for this position is €50,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
