About the Role

As a Customer Relationship Growth Specialist at Sorenson Recruiting, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and revenue expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional support and guidance to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with customer needs and market trends.
  • Utilize your expertise in cloud-based solutions to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, resulting in increased revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in sales or customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Swedish (C1 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account or customer management, with a focus on relationship-building and sales growth.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and presentations.
  • Experience working with cloud-based solutions or similar technologies is a plus.
