**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Customer Engagement Specialist** to support the local market of DS Smith Packaging organization in continuous relationship improvement with customers through positive experiences and long-lasting partnerships. As a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Design/innovation departments, you will deliver superior customer engagement by developing and leading local programs that cater to specific sales needs.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and lead End-to-End Customer Engagement programs that reach across the local market, supporting all clusters and business units, aligned with the Model to Serve.
- Organize and run workshops, webinars, and multi-customer events, including the annual customer event, ensuring engaging content and effective communication.
- Manage trends & insights, including mega trends, packaging trends, and retail to e-commerce and sustainability insights within prioritized categories, and maintain expertise in these areas.
- Maintain and update the physical space of Madrid's Customer Innovation HUB, identifying new themes, content, creative ideas, and technologies to keep the space dynamic and refreshed.
- Build compelling storytelling presentations based on relevant trends, insights, and best practices, delivering informative and engaging content to customers.
- Support wider End-to-End Customer projects, such as tender submissions, innovation, and design storytelling, customer meetings, etc.

**Requirements**

This role requires strong relationships with sales leaders, sales teams, and design & innovation teams across the region and SMI organization, with dotted line reporting and accountability to Sales leadership. Estimated salary: 45000 - 60000 GBP per annum.
