Job DescriptionThis Client Relationship Specialist role will be responsible for managing key client accounts in the pharmaceutical diagnostics sector. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, build strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities to expand product offerings and maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand holistic hospital environment and customer segmentation to enable effective overall customer relationship.
- Own, manage and nurture existing relationships with customers including opportunities to grow share.
- Drive effective balance of face-to-face vs digital customer meetings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. They will also have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade clients.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
