Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist - Pharmaceutical Industry

Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing support to clients in the pharmaceutical industry. The Compliance Services team provides services to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, including Transparency Support and Outsourcing, Grants Management, HCP Screening and Tiering, and HCP Contracting.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as strong PC technical skills in using Excel and Access. They should also have good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines working within a time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop contracts for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) using given templates and communicate with the HCP regarding contracts, obtain signatures, and answer questions.
  • Effectively communicate requests for required information, provide updates to team management on the status of work and issues addressed, and ensure work delivered is of good quality.
  • Adhere to various policies, respond to client requests for customized reports, reformat incoming files using Access, Excel, etc., and maintain the integrity and quality of the files.
  • Follow IQVIA quality standards in completing and verifying, review client requirements with the Client Service Reps to ensure clarity on each request, identify data errors, advise Client Service Reps in creating custom deliverables, and analyze errors and recovery methods for maintaining the files.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong PC technical skills in using Excel and Access.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines working within a time-sensitive environment.
  • Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters.
  • Detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and work within a team environment.

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
