Sales Development Associate

At EcoVadis, we're on a mission to guide companies towards a sustainable world. As a Sales Development Associate - Sustainability Expert, you'll play a key role in this mission by engaging with Senior Executives in Target Accounts to educate them on the importance of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for their supply chains.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and outreach activities on target accounts to engage and qualify prospective customers.
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel revenue for EcoVadis.
- Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives in Target Accounts.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Evangelize the importance of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for the supply chain of Global 500 companies.
- Leverage teammates (Marketing and Account Executives) to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging.
- Maintain an activity volume with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth.
- Meet or exceed your target.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition.
- Create quarterly business plans, reporting, and presenting to key stakeholders.
- Record and document all calls and communications in Salesforce.
- Monitor social networks for sales opportunities and leads.
- Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business or Sustainability related areas.
- Experience working in Sustainability, CSR, or B2B Procurement is a plus.
- Native in French and proficiency in English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
- Knowledge of the French corporate business culture.
- Passionate about Sustainability and willing to pursue a career in both Sustainability and Sales.
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work well in an international team environment in a fast-growing business.
