Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our Enterprise Capabilities team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans to address current and future workforce needs.
  • Lead the local Talent Acquisition Team, including oversight of recruitment, stakeholder management, coaching, mentoring, and development.
  • Own the day-to-day operations and end-to-end process for recruitment at the regional level, completing regular process improvement assessments and creating buy-in with key cross-functional partners.
  • Manage a requisition load, developing and executing innovative strategies to attract diverse talent for hard-to-fill and senior leadership roles.
  • Lead weekly/bi-weekly review meetings with business leaders and key business partners to provide an overview of recruiting achievements and opportunities to improve hiring performance.

About the Role

This role will support our recruitment functions in South Africa, Romania, Spain, and Poland within our Enterprise Capabilities organization. As a hybrid role, you'll have the opportunity to work both in a local office and virtually/telecommute.
