Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist
We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist to oversee and streamline comprehensive internal and external recruitment processes. This role involves crafting and executing innovative recruitment strategies that align with our organizational objectives.
In this position, you will lead the talent acquisition specialist team, ensuring uniformity in processes and procedures while monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and other recruitment metrics to meet targets and identify opportunities for enhancement.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement the Talent Attraction & Acquisition Strategy:
Collaborate with the Talent Attraction & Acquisition Manager to formulate and refine the strategy.
Ensure the effective deployment of the strategy, maintaining consistency across all strategic areas.
Design innovative recruitment strategies that resonate with organizational goals, fostering positive candidate experiences.
Evaluate and enhance existing models, processes, and systems, suggesting alternatives to boost team efficiency and productivity.
Tools, Procedures, and Processes:
Recommend and implement process and technology enhancements, adopting industry best practices and innovative approaches.
Discover new recruitment channels and sources, establishing beneficial collaboration agreements.
Advocate for the use of resource management tools that align with company requirements.
Employer Branding:
Comprehend business needs and deliver customized talent attraction solutions. Collaborate closely with corporate sectors (particularly Internal and Corporate Communication) to synchronize employer branding with commercial strategy and establish KPIs to evaluate the success of branding initiatives.
Team Coordination:
Supervise and balance the team's workload to ensure equitable distribution, optimizing productivity while addressing business priorities.
Coordinate and nurture the team to achieve objectives, ensuring effective onboarding and continuous professional development for top talent.
Provide coaching and ensure efficiency and agility within the team.
Dashboards and Forecasting:
Develop and manage analytics-based dashboards. Monitor and visually present key performance indicators for each stakeholder. Guarantee the quality of dashboards and tailored reports for strategic decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 5 years in talent attraction and acquisition roles, preferably within the retail sector, managing high-volume recruitment cycles.
Proficiency in team coordination and planning. Experience in people analytics, Power BI, and HRIS (Workday is a plus). Capability to develop and implement strategies that align with organizational goals. Proficient in English. Experience working in Agile environments/methodologies. Ability to thrive in high-performance settings.
