Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach a high-performing team of recruiters and interns to deliver exceptional hiring results.
  • Develop and refine recruitment processes to drive performance metrics and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Provide consultative support to leaders and partner with Talent Business Partners to create a culture of accountability within the team.
  • Manage pipelines and proactively find talent to guide candidates through the interview process.
  • Collaborate with a team of Talent professionals to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of hands-on recruitment experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
  • At least 3 years of experience building and/or managing/coaching Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Experience recruiting in media, digital, technology, advertising, marketing, professional services, or other agency-style environments.
  • Ability to determine different recruitment strategies in response to market conditions, volume, and other hiring obstacles.
  • Strong solutions focus and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish (native or C1 level).

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has experience developing and delivering Employer Branding Strategy or projects.
  • Is proficient in English (High B2, C1 or more).
  • Is familiar with the Marketing and Advertising sector.
  • Has a good sense of humor and is a great team player.
  • Is highly collaborative, loves to solve problems, and adds value across all levels of the organization.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and loves to learn.
