About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead Expert to join our team at Leroy Merlin Spain. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end internal and external recruitment processes, developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies aligned with our organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent attraction and acquisition strategy, aligned with our business objectives.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition specialist team, ensuring consistency in processes and procedures, and monitoring and analyzing KPIs and other recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Attraction & Acquisition Manager to develop and adjust the strategy, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
  • Implement and ensure the deployment of the strategy, maintaining consistency in processes across all strategic areas.
  • Analyze and improve the existing model, processes, and systems, proposing alternatives to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in talent attraction and acquisition roles, preferably in the retail sector and managing high-volume recruitment cycles.
  • Expertise in team coordination and planning.
  • Experience in people analytics, Power BI, and HRIS (Workday is a plus).
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • English proficiency level.
  • Working experience in Agile environments/methodologies.
  • Ability to perform in High-Performance environments.
