Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing talent acquisition teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the media, digital, and technology industries and be able to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the media, digital, and technology industries
  • Manage and coach a team of recruiters to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including talent business partners and recruitment agencies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a focus on media, digital, and technology industries
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing talent acquisition teams
  • Strong understanding of the marketing and advertising sector, with experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluency in Spanish (native or C1 level)
