Job Summary
AECOM's Enterprise Capabilities team is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategic plans to address current and future workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to address current and future workforce needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make modifications as needed to build successful outcomes.
- Lead the local Talent Acquisition Team, including oversight of recruitment, stakeholder management, coaching, mentoring, and development to align with organizational talent needs.
- Own the day-to-day operations and the end-to-end process for recruitment at the regional level and complete regular process improvement assessments.
- Manage a requisition load and develop and execute innovative strategies to attract diverse talent for hard-to-fill and senior leadership roles.
- Lead weekly/bi-weekly review meetings with business leaders and key business partners to provide an overview of recruiting achievements and opportunities to improve hiring performance.
- Design and utilize proactive sourcing strategies to create experienced and diverse talent pipelines.
- Collaborate across our TA and HR support teams to identify clear handoffs between teams and ensure a positive hiring experience for all those involved in the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Business Administration/Management or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to provide timely feedback to develop and build employee skill level.
