About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at Leroy Merlin Spain. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with HRBPs and department leaders to understand staffing needs and job requirements, ensuring that job postings accurately reflect the position's responsibilities and requirements.
  2. Source and Attract Top Talent: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, leveraging various recruitment sources, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  3. Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role, and coordinate relevant tests and evaluations to ensure the best candidate is selected.
  4. Networking and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, professional contacts, and external recruitment agencies to expand our talent pool.
  5. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyses on the performance of the hiring process, using data to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies.
  6. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of an attractive employer brand by developing and executing initiatives, participating in job fairs and forums, and managing specific campaigns to highlight our values and benefits.
  7. Tool and Technology Management: Utilize advanced searching tools, recruitment platforms, and maintain rigor in feeding and exploiting our candidate management system (ATS).
Requirements
  1. Over 3 years of experience in talent attraction and acquisition, including corporate/strategic groups, mainly in retail.
  2. Over 3 years of experience with ATS (preferably Teamtailor), social media (especially LinkedIn Recruiter), and other recruitment tools.
  3. Skilled in headhunting, direct search, and managing multiple selection processes simultaneously.
  4. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  5. Candidate, customer, and quality oriented.
  6. Knowledgeable in sourcing, attraction, onboarding, and engagement of talent.
  7. Proficient in developing both traditional and innovative sourcing methods to build a high-quality talent database.
  8. English proficiency level.
