The Pet Health Portfolio Development Specialist will develop product demand through digital channels for targeted end customers defined by the sales manager. Success involves developing and maintaining a privileged relationship with customers to increase product demand, especially among customer segments not visited by the sales force, and retaining them.
This role entails managing customer relationships: addressing customer needs, resolving questions, and improving customer experiences with products or services. Additionally, it involves prospecting actions in the market, informing customers about special campaigns, providing information on the product portfolio, including new product launches or services.
The specialist will implement the Elanco commercial strategy to achieve business goals and growth by contacting end customers via phone and virtual calls. Accountable for attaining sales objectives (volumes) with targeted accounts, they cultivate customer relationships and improve customer experience in a virtual environment.
Increase Elanco products demand realization in the Pet Health market and be responsible for sell-out to target customers. Manage Pet Health Accounts with remote activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Pet Health portfolio growth by virtual calls
- Lead business development Pet Health Accounts
- Ensure Sell-out plans in Pet Health Accounts C and D
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Uncover customers' solvable problems and opportunities
- Implement the Elanco product portfolio as part of the solution
- Respond to customer requests/questions regarding Elanco products
- Manage customer needs and process them in accordance with internal procedures
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on industry standards and qualifications.
