**Job Summary**
The Inside Sales Representative will develop product demand through digital channels, building privileged relationships with customers to increase product demand. This role involves managing customer needs, questions, and experiences with products or services, as well as prospecting actions in the market.
The ideal candidate will inform customers about special campaigns, provide information on product portfolios, and implement Elanco's commercial strategy to achieve business goals and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive Pet Health portfolio growth through virtual calls
- Lead business development for Pet Health Accounts
- Ensure Sell-out plans in Pet Health Accounts C and D
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Uncover customers' solvable problems and opportunities
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers, and have a deep understanding of the Pet Health market.
**Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
