Azeus Systems is expanding its sales force and seeks a skilled Senior Business Growth Executive to join our team. Based in Thailand, this role requires you to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and Azeus personnel.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced individual who can drive sales growth through effective lead generation, customer relationship management, and business development activities. As a Senior Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting services through product demonstrations, preparing bids, and closing deals.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements.
  2. Generate leads and establish contact with businesses that may be interested in our products or services through cold calling, email outreach, networking, or referrals.
  3. Manage sales activities: build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, present services through product demonstrations, prepare bids, and close business deals.
  4. Manage follow-up customer training and product implementation.
  5. Attend trade shows, conferences, local events, etc.
  6. Manage the sales pipeline and progress, including updating CRM systems, tracking leads, and managing tasks and deadlines.
  7. Provide updates on sales leads to Senior Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in B2B Sales (IT knowledge is not required).
  • Experience in ESG, Digital Products, SaaS is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create trust and engage mid-level to C-suite directors.
  • Enjoy outgoing networking and event participation.
  • Building relationships.
  • Must have a global perspective and be able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around 1,200,000 THB per annum, which includes a base salary and commission. Additionally, you will enjoy 100% remote work and other benefits.
